Just a few of the skills in Richard Waygood's CV, built on thirty years of unique military and equestrian experience.

Richard Waygood joined the Army as a private soldier in 1979. He was commissioned from the Ranks in 2000 and retired a Major in 2009, having held the high profile and prestigious role of Riding Master for seven years, the second longest appointment in the history of the Household Cavalry.  In 2009, he has been received an MBE by Her Majesty The Queen for services to equestrianism.
