Having travelled worldwide with the Army and with various equestrian projects, and in particular with the Musical Ride, Richard is an expert in logistical and operational planning, be it a permanent venue or a green-field site, the movement of a hundred horses and staff, or the timetabling and production of displays, competitions and demonstrations. He can offer advice on any number of scenarios, with thirty years of experience.
